| | Housing Authority | The Housing Authority is established by RCW 35.82.030 and adopted by Chapter 2.48 of the Sunnyside Municipal Code for the purpose of managing and subsidizing low-income housing within the City of Sunnyside. Each member serves a five-year term and is appointed by the mayor. |
| | Lodging Tax Advisory Committee | Reviews grant applications, requests for proposals, and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding allocation of local lodging tax funds in accordance with RCW 67.28.1817 and Sunnyside Muncipal Code 2.50.120.
Review and comment on any proposed imposition of lodging tax, increase in rate of lodging tax, repeal of an exemption from lodging tax, or change in the use of revenue received from lodging tax (RCW 67.28.1817). |
| | Municipal Airport Advisory Board | The Municipal Airport Advisory Board is established by Chapter 2.50.140 of the Sunnyside Municipal Code to make recommendations to the City Council on matters relative to the operation of the Sunnyside Municipal Airport. |

| | Planning Commission | The Planning Commission was created under Chapter 2.50.100 of the Sunnyside Municipal Code. Five appointees must reside in the Urban Growth Area or within the City limits and two appointees may reside within the Sunnyside School District area. |
