[ARCHIVED] Sunnyside Artists Sought for New Exhibit

The Sunnyside Museum will host an ongoing art exhibit through this spring and summer and artists from the community are invited to submit their work for consideration.

All art forms (painting, ceramics, photography, etc.) will be considered.

The exhibit will launch in conjunction with the museum's spring open house on Saturday, April 18, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A joint effort of the Sunnyside Museum Board and the Sunnyside Arts Commission, the exhibit will rotate art works throughout the summer months.

Artists who would like to have their work considered should call Kathy Rogers of the Sunnyside Arts Commission at 830-6637 or e-mail krogers@sunnyside-wa.gov.

Artists must reside within the Sunnyside School District boundaries or have at once lived in the Sunnyside area to be considered.
