NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN HOUSE MOTEL BUSINESS LICENSE REVOCATION

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sunnyside will hold a Special Meeting for a second public hearing at 5:30 PM on September 26, 2022 in the Council Chambers at the Sunnyside Law and Justice Center, located 401 Homer Street, Sunnyside, Washington.  The purpose of the public hearing is to consider revoking the Town House Motel’s business license located at 509 Yakima Valley Highway, Sunnyside, WA 98944 due to violations of the Sunnyside Municipal Code (SMC). All interested persons are encouraged to attend the said Public Hearing.
