NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CONSIDERATION OF VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY,

DECLARING SUCH PROPERTY SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSITION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sunnyside City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on July 22, 2019, in the Council Chambers at the Sunnyside Law and Justice Center, located at 401 Homer Street, Sunnyside, Washington.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed ordinance declaring certain portions of public rights-of-way surplus, vacating such property and authorizing disposition thereof. Such property subject to this action is described as that portion of right-of-way adjacent to the southern limit of parcel number 221026-34422. All interested persons are encouraged to attend the said Public Hearing.

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available upon request to the City Clerk, Sunnyside City Hall, 818 East Edison Avenue, Sunnyside, Washington 98944, during the business hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
