NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunnyside City Council will conduct a Special Meeting at the date, time and place described above to hold an Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i), to receive public comments on the proposed ordinance amending Sunnyside Municipal Code Section 17.04.055 “Marijuana Retail Sales, Processing, and Production Prohibited,” Creating Sunnyside Municipal Code Chapter 5.64 “Marijuana Retail Business Licenses;” Amending Section 17.64.020 “Conditional Uses;” and Creating Chapter 17.67 “Marijuana Control,” and to consider Council action.
