City Ordinances - ORD 2023-15

Brief Description - 08/28/2023 - Adding a new chapter entitled Miscellaneous Crimes to the Sunnyside Criminal Code and a section to that new chapter making it a crime to expose a minor child to domestic violence. The ordinance also sets forth the effective date of the ordinance and provides that its provisions are severable from one another and provides for publication by summary.
