Brief Description - 04/24/2023 - AMENDING SUNNYSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 5.56 TO ALLOW FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO REVOKE BUSINESS LICENSES AND ALLOW FOR AN APPEAL TO A HEARING EXAMINER. THE ORDINANCE ALSO SETS FORTH THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE AND PROVIDES THAT ITS PROVISIONS ARE SEVERABLE FROM ONE ANOTHER AND PROVIDES FOR PUBLICATION BY SUMMARY
