1. Where do I pay for my ambulance bill?

2. What if I have no insurance?

Contact our office and set up a payment plan.
Contact DSHS (Department of Social & Health Services) at 1-877-501-2233 to see if you qualify for assistance.

3. Will my insurance pay for this?

Most insurance companies will pay your ambulance bill.

4. Why haven't I received an ambulance bill?

Your insurance company will be billed for the ambulance service you received 1-2 weeks after the date of service. Most insurance companies will pay within 90 days from the date they received a claim. After your insurance pays your claim, your second insurance company will be billed, if you have one. You will receive a bill for your ambulance service if your insurance company/companies did not pay 100% of your claim. If you do not have insurance, you will receive a bill within 1-2 weeks after the date of service.

5. What do I do if this is an automobile accident?

Call our office (509-836-6409) and provide us with your automobile insurance information. If you do not have automobile insurance, your medical insurance will be billed for the accident.

6. What if my insurance denies payment?

Call our office (509-836-6409) to set up a monthly payment plan.

7. How do I obtain a copy of my ambulance report or bill?

Come into the office and complete a medical request form, provide identification, and a copy/copies will be provided to you.

All agricultural permits, special permits, and burning regulations may be obtained from the Yakima Clean Air Authority website at www.yakimacleanair.org.
