that the Sunnyside Arts Commission will hold a Special Meeting at the date, time and place described above to review and discuss the acceptance of minutes of the previous meetings, discuss and recommend 2-3 conceptual designs for a City Flag for City Council’s consideration, update-discuss Commission’s goals for 2016-17,  receive items from committee members and staff members, and approve the next meeting date.
