Responsibilities
The Sunnyside Municipal Court processes traffic infractions and criminal traffic violations, city ordinance violations, and misdemeanor criminal citations / arrests initiated by the Sunnyside and Mabton police departments. The court also disposes of parking tickets and code enforcement violations.
